Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally included in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
